Our
Philosophy

Your dog is one-of-a-kind and has his or her own history, personality, genetic factors, feelings, challenges, motivators and style of learning, and is worthy of compassion and respect.
We use a reward focused and science-based full spectrum strategy that is fair, safe, and fun for your dog but also sets clear boundaries, rules, and expectations.
Our goal is to help dogs and their owners achieve respect, balance, and understanding of each other with a special focus on teaching critical life skill sets and confidence building.
We believe in working at a pace that accommodates both dogs and owners as much as possible in order to achieve harmony and happiness .
We only use methods that we have or would use on our personal pets, and leave final decisions on training methods up to dog owners.

*Travel Fee ($0.50 per mile)

In order to keep our pricing fair and affordable, we may charge an additional fee per mile for locations that lie more than 20 minutes from our base locations. Additional travel rate may or may not apply to individual cases, subject to individual trainer route and travel needs.

*Reschedule & No-Show Fee (50% of scheduled service) If less than 24hrs notice is given for a reschedule or cancelation, or customer no-shows to a scheduled appointment, customer pays an additional 50% of the original service, Customer has one no-call-no-show before forfeiting remainder of services with no refund.
